Free Returns – No Hassle, No Fees

We offer complimentary returns within the USA under the following circumstances:

Damaged items — Items that arrived broken or were damaged during shipping.

Defective items — Items that exhibit a clear manufacturing defect.

Incorrect items — Items that are not the correct item, size, or color.

Not as described — Products that do not correspond to the listing.

We will cover the return shipping costs and supply a prepaid return label for any of the aforementioned issues. There are no restocking fees, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind, ordered an incorrect color, or the item did not meet your expectations (provided it is not damaged or defective), we will still accept the return — under the following conditions:

Return shipping cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Restocking fee: 5% of the product price, which will be deducted from your refund.

(This fee assists in covering handling and the return label, if we provide one.)

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Used or washed items are not eligible for return.

Return Timeframes

Carefully pack the item and ship it using the label provided.

After you return the item, please allow 5 business days for it to arrive at our return center.

Returned items will be inspected within 2-5 business days to ensure they meet return conditions.

If Your Return is Not Approved
